Characteristics
Adjustable pallet racking is the most common racking system. In contrast to single position racking, it carries several pallets between two uprights on every level. In standard design, it reaches heights of 8 to 10 m and it can also be raised to high racks with 12 m height and in automatic operation up to 30 m height.

Application
Adjustable pallet racking is particularly suitable for large quantities of individual, mainly palletised articles. In contrast to block stacking, there is no contact between pallets which allows direct access to all pallets. Easy adjustment of racking levels ensures optimum storage utilisation. Double-deep storage can also be realised.

Operation
The racking is loaded in the same way as single position racking with fork lift trucks or rack servicing cranes.Length ways storage and retrieval is also possible by utilising narrow aisle trucks.This would reduce the aisle with required.

Pallet Live Storage Racking for palletized loads are compact structures that normally incorporate roller track sections placed on a sloped lane to allow pallets to slide over them.

The Pallet Flow Racks are put in the highest part of the rolling section & move by the force of gravity and in a controlled speed towards the other end, where they remain until they are ready to be removed.

Pallet Live Storage enables perfect rotation of stored products, with the FIFO (First-in, First-out) system, where the first pallet to be put in is the first pallet to be taken out.

When the first pallet is taken out the others move forward one position, so the preceding pallet is always at the front. This makes it ideal for storing perishable goods.

Storage Solution’s Push-Back Pallet Racking are similar to Pallet live storage, except that the Pallet live storage applies for ‘First-In-First-Out’ whereas our push-back racking applies for ‘First-In-Last-Out’ applications. The pallet is placed by the forklift on the nested carts riding on inclined rails or on rollers. Each pallet is then pushed back by subsequent pallet loading, exposing the next cart. When removing product, the forklift takes out the front pallet, allowing the pallets on carts behind it to roll gently to the front of the rack. The nested carts make placement and retrieval easy. It fills the Pallet Storage cube with product, not aisles. ‘Kriyansh’ Push-Back rack system lets you store pallets 2-5 deep while retaining easy access to a variety of different SKU’s.
